DYNAMIC MEDITATIONS
Many meditative techniques require one to sit still and silent; for
most of us accumulated stress in our bodymind makes that difficult.
Before we can hope to access our inner powerhouse of consciousness, we
need to let go of our tensions.
The Dynamic Meditation evenings include a variety of Active
processes, including Osho Active Meditations to invoke the passion and
unpredictability of letting our energy go, and invite dropping in to
ecstatic states that range from deep relaxation to orgasmic explosions
of energy!
Each evening we will experience and review some aspect of Tantra.
If done regularly, these processes will support your ecstatic opening
and increase your ability to recognize and maximize life-force energy
to create the results you want in all aspects of your life.
